Helping Hands Mission donates annually to Walk for Warmth, Relay for Life, Crime Stoppers, D.A.R.E., Clare Community Action Agency, and Gladwin Chamber of Commerce. We have also contributed to the Beaverton Activity Center Endowment, Gladwin Community Foundation, Reserves of Beaverton(Beaverton Police Department), Beaverton Middle School Playground, and the Ross Lake Splash Park .
We work with New Dawn Shelter and Shelter House in Gladwin, Michigan to help provide household items, clothing, bedding, and furniture.
We helped provide for five families for Christmas 2019.
We provide a scholarship to graduating high school seniors called the “Good Samaritan”. To be eligible the seniors must submit an essay on what makes a Good Samaritan.
